For the past 20 years, Kim had been a stay-at-home mom and only recently decided to make a change to re-enter the workforce. She is grateful for the opportunity to work for Hooser Legal Counsel where she enjoys meeting and talking with clients who require assistance dealing with individual situations.
Kim has worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant for many people including the VP of Communications for Engelhard Corporation, the President.of Zurich Insurance Company’s Specialties Division, and the Manager of New York City’s Crowne Plaza Hotel.
When not working in the corporate world, Kim took the opportunity to pursue musical theatre in NYC which afforded her jobs in both professional and semi-professional theatres. She also started a hand-crafted card/invitation & decorative painting business which she enjoyed for a few years.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, being mom to three sons plus two rescued pups, and taking the time to tend a large vegetable garden.
She can currently be seen on the weekends as the lead singer with the Charleston-area based classic rock cover band, “Better On Wine” who were recently voted 1st Runner Up (House/Cover Band) according to Charleston City Paper’s,“Best of 2024” contest!
